Medical ID fob

Medical ID fobs are made of 6 mm Poplar Laser Ply or 1.5mm thick 2 colour laminate acrylic. Fobs measure approx 65 mm x 35 mm and are fitted with a 25 mm split ring. The shape as a curved ended rectangle please contact if you require a different shaped fob before purchase.
