Introduction
This website is owned and operated by Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors company information and goods to purchase manufactured by Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft . By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you
Key commercial Terms offered to customers
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Invoice Payment

Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft may upon request send you a direct invoice for your purchase. This will be done using an electronic invoice sent via Quickbooks to your email address. Terms of payment can be immediate payment required or a term of either 7 days, 14 days or 30 days until the full balance is to paid. It is at Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft's discression to which payment term is issued.

Should Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft issue an invoice with set number of days to pay. It is expected that the full balance is paid & received by the due date as per in invoice instructions.

All payment options are available on the invoice.
Non Payment of Invoice

If a non payment of invoice occurs Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft will issue a reminder to pay the invoice via the Quickbooks invoicing system to your email address.

Failure to pay the invoice after reminders have been sent could result in Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft seeking to obtain payment of the balance owed via the UK small claims court.
​
A final invoice reminder will be sent 7 working days prior to the court claim being sought.
A paper copy of the invoice will also be sent to your delivery address via Royal Mail recorded delivery requesting payment.
If payment is still not received within 7 days of the recorded delivery received date then the court application for payment will be submitted.
Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft also reserve the right to charge interest on the unpaid balance. This will be backdated to the original invoice due date and charged at 8% + Bank of England base rate at the time. This is as per the small claims court guidance pages at https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money

The cost of the postage & interest will be added to the final invoice amount submitted to the Court application.
Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
1. Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
2. Gift voucher purchases are non refundable,
2. Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £5.
3. Gift Vouchers have no cash value and are non exchangeable.
4. Gift Vouchers may be used as part or full payment of goods. If the sale is worth more than the value of the voucher then customers can pay for the remaining cost using the regular payment methods at checkout.
5. In the case that checkout value is less than the voucher value then the remaining balance will remain on the card which can be redeemed later. However currently it is not possible for recipients to check their gift voucher balance
6.Gift Vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
7. Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of use.
8. Gift Vouchers are only valid to use at www.cornwall-laser-cutting-and-craft.co.uk.
9. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft is final.
10. Vouchers are of electronic form only & no physical voucher will be sent.

Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.

Dispatch times.
All products are made to order. We aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days with the delivery service of your choice. Current dispatch times are shown on the home page of our website. Dispatch times may be at times longer at busy times of the year. Homepage dispatch times notification will be updated to suit.
For personalised items dispatch may be longer whilst waiting for design proof approval from the customer.. If for any reason there will be a delay with your dispatch date we will let you know within 2 working days of you placing your order.
Dispatch time may be delayed if we encounter technical issues with our machinery. Customers will be advised of any delays with dispatch times accordingly.

Dispatch days are Monday to Friday we don't post out at the weekend.

Delivery services.
All deliveries are made via Royal Mail postal services.All smaller items are sent via Royal Mail Large letter. Larger items are sent via small or medium parcel services.
Free standard Royal Mail 2nd class delivery on all orders over £45.
Return and refund policy
Item return postage is to be paid by the customer and must sent via a tracked postage service of the customers choice.
Returns tracking number and proof of postage must be provided to Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft. Refunds will only be processed once Cornwall Laser Cutting and Craft receives your returned item in an undamaged and complete condition.
Personalised items can only be refunded if they are received damaged in the post. This must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery and details of damage provided. Please ask delivery personal to report when packaging is damaged on their system or refuse delivery to have item returned to sender.
Modification of Terms
At our discretion, Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement.
Prohibited Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.
Termination
Cornwall Laser Cutting & Craft reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
